Yes, we require a 30% deposit at time of booking with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Yes you can add extras after you have made a booking. Simply call or email and we can add them for you.
Extras may also be requested and paid for while on site. Any optional extras must be paid for by card prior to receiving the additional items.
Yes treatments can be booked and paid for after arrival however, to ensure availability it is advised to pre book and pay for treatments at time of booking.
We welcome dogs in Heather Pod, 2 small or 1 large dog. Please note there is not an enclosed garden, dogs must be kept on the lead at all times as we are surrounded by farmland and keep our own animals on site. We have a secure tethering post.
Please pick up any poop to keep our site clean for all guests.
Yes, we allow group bookings! We ask that noise levels are kept to a minimum and you must respect other guests that are staying on the site.
We have a car park a few meters from the pods. There is a level pathway between the pod and the car park.
If you wish to move your booking to an alternative date, we will do our best to accommodate you. Due to the flexibility provided we are unable to offer refunds. Please see full information in our terms and conditions.
We strongly advise you to take out appropriate travel insurance.
Sorry we do not allow guests to bring their own BBQ. A gas BBQ is included at no extra cost.
Yes. Our White Clover pod has a deluxe kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, integrated fridge with small freezer compartment & wine fridge.
Our Heather pod has an induction hob, microwave oven with grill and an integrated fridge with small freezer.
No, all crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided. Kitchen equipment and essentials such as washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, dish towels etc are also included for your convenience.
No as luxury 350 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding, towels, bath robes and slippers are provided for each guest at no extra cost.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the pod and hot-tub. Smoking includes the use of vapors and e-cigarettes. Cigarette ends must be disposed of responsibly, and must be extinguished fully before being placed in the metal ash bin provided.
